The home of denim, a stone’s throw from Flagey
According to Missak and Jordan, there was scope for a quality off-the-peg men’s clothing brand in Brussels. The two friends decided to reshape fashion over a drink or two. After visiting international shows to root out the brands that they would showcase, Missak and Jordan embarked on their search for premises in central Brussels. Yes but…
… They still hadn’t found the right place.
After performing a needs analysis, the Agency took Missak and Jordan on a retail tour of Ixelles and Saint-Gilles, arranging visits to vacant premises that might be suitable.
All good things to he who waits. Atrium was finally able to inform the two young people of premises being let in Rue Lesbroussart in Flagey. Bathed in light, spacious, high-ceilinged, newly decorated… the premises were exactly what Missak and Jordan had in mind for their business idea.
Some would say that Atelier Bleu is reminiscent of the Camargue. Is the ceiling made of light wood? Oars on white walls? Or that blue everywhere, deeper than the ocean? The perfect colour, in fact, for a brand dedicated to denim.
A flagship product on bare metal hangers: jeans. Skinny, straight, tapered, or stretch, denim comes in carefully selected iconic brands, with selvedge being their trademark. Trousers on, cowboys!
We’d been looking for premises for over a year… And we wouldn’t change a thing! The very responsive Atrium coaches kept coming back to us, each time with a new offering for us. When we gave our go-ahead for these premises, Atrium put us directly in touch with the owner whom we called immediately. Guaranteed effectiveness!
